Memorial Services will be held at 12:00PM Thursday, August1, 2013 at Gorder Jensen Funeral Home for Wayne H. "Rudy" Rudolph, age 83, longtime Choteau resident who died Monday, July 29 at the Teton Nursing Home in Choteau. Interment of his cremated remains with military honors will be at 11:00AM Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Choteau Cemetery. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home.
Rudy was born June 24, 1930 in Duluth, MN, the son of Arthur and Rose (Kohlts) Rudolph. He was married to Botella Lorenzen on October 26, 1957 in Nashua, Iowa at the Little Brown Church. He was a airplane mechanic for North Central Republic Airlines. He moved to Choteau September 1987 from Eagan, MN. Rudy was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing poker. He belonged to the American Legion and was active in his church.
Rudy is survived by his wife, Bo Rudolph of Skyline Lodge; Son Karl August Rudolph of Prior Lake, MN and Karen (Maurice) Frey and grandson: Zail, both of Great Falls, MT.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a still born infant boy, a brother: Warren and a sister: Corrine Horan.
Memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Choteau.
