Sandra McGhee

Once upon a time, a beautiful and amazing soul was gifted to our world.



Sandra McGhee passed away surrounded by her loved ones October 26, 2022 at her home near



Fairfield. She was born January 11, 1937 to Alva and Dolly Smith in Indiana.



As a young woman, she met Don McGhee, fell wildly in love and married him at the age of 16.



For 69 years of constant adventures, their love remained strong and true. They welcomed



three children into their lives along the way; Sharron, Terrie and Timothy.



They moved and settled in Fairfield, Montana 21 years ago and enjoyed their quiet lifestyle.



Sandra was always a terrific cook, artist, supportive mother along with a nurturing personality.



She was involved with Bright Eyes animal shelter for many years; where she'd cuddle the



unwanted and orphaned animals.



Sandra is survived by her husband Don, Children Sharron Pennetta, Terrie (Steve) Nylund and



Timothy (Linda) McGhee; grandchildren Tiffany, Sarah, Carly, Jamie and Adam as well as greatgrandchildren Amaya, Raelynn, Kaleigh, Brayden, Greyson and Berkleigh.



There will be no services per Sandra's request. Her family would like to express sincere



gratitude and appreciation to the Peace Hospice program, specifically the care provided by Sue



and Barb



We will miss her presence in our lives. May Sandra be blessed with gold wings.
