Lillian Barnard

Funeral services for Lillian Angela Barnard, age 95 of Choteau and formerly of Augusta, MT and Gillman, MT will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 24th at the St Mathias Catholic Church in Augusta, MT. Lillian died March 9, 2014 at the Teton Medical Center Extended Care Unit in Choteau. Interment has taken place in the Augusta Cemetery under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home.



Angela was born September 12 1918 in Augusta, the daughter of Robert and Bertha (Fromhart) Dyer. She was raised and educated in Augusta and married Floyd Barnad in Choteau on February 2, 1941. She worked for the Bureau of Land Reclamation and enjoyed gardening and playing cards. She was a member of the Augusta Senior Center and St. Mathias Catholic Church.



She lived in Augusta from birth to 1979 when she moved to Gillman where she lived until moving to Choteau in 2010 to live at Teton Medical Center.



Angela is survived by her daughter, Gail (Marvin) Grace of Lewellen, NE, a brother, Bobby Dyer of Bozeman, MT and a granddaughter, Shelby Jo Grace of Lewellen, NE.



She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Paul.



Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
