Elizabeth Wood

Elizabeth (Peg) G. Wood, age 79 of Ft. Shaw, MT died Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Great Falls Clinic Medical Center. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home of Choteau. Private family services will be held at a later date with interment of her cremated remains in the Sun River Cemetery.



She was born January 29, 1936 in Orafino, Nebraska, the daughter of Dale and Ava (Metcalf) Banzhaf. She was married to Bob Wood on September 17, 1951 in McCook, Nebraska.



Elizabeth was a farm wife who enjoyed reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Bob of the home in Ft. Shaw; 4 children: JoAnn (Scott) Foster of Ft. Shaw, Diane Rooks of Great Falls, Michael Wood of Fort Shaw and Rob(Olive) Wood of Erie, PA; a brother, Delba Banzhaf of Eustis, NE ; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Joe and Don and Dickie
