Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 12, 2014 at St.
Joseph's Catholic Church in Choteau for Elizabeth Jane Adams, age 64, of
Choteau who died June 6, 2014 at Benefis Healthcare in Great Falls.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral
Home.
Elizabeth was born August 8, 1949 in Hackensack, NJ, the daughter of
Alexander and Hazel (Kahrs) Whan. She married Walter Thomas Adams on
November 25, 1974.
She had lived in Bozeman and Conrad prior to coming to Choteau in 1985.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, playing
cards and doing arts and crafts. She was a homemaker and a member of St.
Joseph's Catholic Parish. She was active in the school and worked as a Teacher's Aide for many years.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Walt of Choteau, children: Dawn
DiPierro of West Chester, PA, Brian Adams of Huntington Beach, CA, Alexis
Guyton of Boise, ID and Michael Adams of Greenville, NC, brothers:
Alexander Whan of South Carolina, Geoff Whan of Connecticut, and Robert Whan of
Arizona; and a grandson: Mikey DiPierro of West Chester, PA.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Liz will always be in our hearts and was a loving wife, mother, nana and friend. Her husband was her best friend and the love of her life. Few people in this world loved like her....unconditionally. She was her kids biggest fan, supporter and had a heart of gold. She will be missed!
