Daniel Bogden

Daniel Joseph Bogden, age 72 of Bynum, MT died November 6, 2014 at his home in Bynum of natural causes. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the New Life Assembly of God Church in Choteau. Interment will follow in the Choteau Cemetery under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home.



Daniel was born November 13, 1941 in Great Falls, the son of John Paul and Mary Margaret (Murphy) Bogden.



He was a Viet Nam veteran of the US Navy. He was married to Jacqueline "Jackie" Hayes on April 25, 1997 in Choteau.



During his life he lived in several communities such as Sun River, Fort Shaw and Vaughn, working as a ranch hand for various ranches. He moved to Choteau 7 years ago. Dan said his main hobby was work but he did enjoy mechanical work in his free time.



Daniel is survived by his wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Bogden of the family home in Bynum, a daughter, Yasmine Marie Bogden of Bynum, stepchildren: Fred Boham of Minnesota, Carolyn LaPlaunt of Nevada, Ann Taylor of California, Lori Taylor of Great Falls, MT; 9 brothers and sisters: Patty Ford of Michigan, Joanette Neumann of North Carolina, Susie (Jim) Price of Parton, Illinois, Sharon Fox of Ulm, Montana, Mike Bogden, David Bogden, and Tom Bogden, all of Fairfield, Montana, "Ron" Morthey and Andrea Massey both of Washington; 17 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great grandchildren.



He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John Bogden.
