Beverly Ann Swanson, beloved wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother died Friday, December 27, 2013 at age 67 at her home in Pendroy after battling cancer.



Beverly was born December 5, 1946 in Billings, MT the daughter of Ervin and Donna (Schultz) Bermes. She graduated from MSU Billings and served as a teacher in Great Falls before marrying Larry Swanson on June 20, 1970 and moving to Pendroy to run a family farm.



Beverly lived a full life filled with family, children and crafts. She was a devoted mother active in supporting all her children's interests, toured the state with her craft shows, and even ran a community preschool for a time. Most recently she took great joy in babysitting her grandchildren. She was a member of the Pendroy Social Club and the Catholic Church.





Beverly leaves behind her family including her husband, Larry Swanson of Pendroy; children: Chad (Jill) Swanson of Pendroy, MT, Inga (Matt) Johnson of Park City, UT and Randy Swanson of Bozeman, MT and 4 grandchildren: Grady Swanson and Blakely Swanson, Emerson Johnson and Brooks Johnson.





She is survived by her mother Donna Bermes, 2 sisters: Barb Adams of Billings, MT, Karen McCord of Billings, MT and a brother: Ken Bermes of Billings, MT



She was preceded in death by her father, Ervin Bermes, a son: Nathan Swanson and a sister: Erlene Schmidt.



Cremation has taken place under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home and a small family memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.gorderjensenfuneralhome.com
